Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

Use the site for lawful purposes only
Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings or purchases
Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Services Overview

A Latte Play provides:

Indoor playground access (“Open Play”)
Party bookings and events
Food and beverage services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings (including parties) must be paid according to the terms stated at checkout
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure party reservations
Remaining balances must be paid on or before the day of the event
Prices are subject to change without notice

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least one week in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability
Deposits are non-refundable
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payments

Play Passes & Packages

Play passes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
Play passes and packages are valid for the stated period (e.g., 1 year)
Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced
Play pass package benefits (including unlimited play or re-entry) are subject to current policies

Facility Rules & Safety

All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) at all times
Non-slip (grippy) socks are required for children
A completed waiver must be signed before participation
Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions

We reserve the right to remove any guest who does not comply with safety rules.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver

By using our facility, you acknowledge that:

Indoor playground activities involve inherent risks
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
You agree to release and hold harmless A Latte Play and its staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law

A signed waiver is required for all participants.

Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food is not permitted except for birthday cakes
A service fee (e.g., 10%) may apply to outside food when allowed
Guests may purchase items from our café menu
Party guests may receive applicable discounts as stated

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, and designs—is the property of A Latte Play and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party platforms such as Wix for bookings, payments, and forms. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

A Latte Play is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

Photo/Media Release

We may take photos or videos in the facility for marketing purposes. Please notify us if you do not wish to be included.

Sick Policy

Guests who are ill or showing symptoms of contagious illness should not enter the facility. We reserve the right to remove any guests from our facility.

Capacity Clause

Admission may be limited during peak times to ensure safety and quality of experience.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
