Refund Policy

At A Latte Play, we strive to provide a fun and enjoyable experience for all families. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

General Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Open Play Passes

  • Open play passes are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Passes are valid only for the date and time purchased

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time, early departures, or no-shows

Play Pass Packages (e.g., Buy 5 Get 1 Free / Buy 10 Get 2 Free)

  • All play pass packages are non-refundable

  • Packages are valid for the stated period (e.g., 1 year from purchase)

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced

  • Unused passes have no cash value

  • Punch cards from the packages may be shared with family and friends.​

Party Bookings

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be rescheduled (subject to availability)

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event and is non-refundable once paid

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations

Special Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Safety-related issues preventing normal operation

  • If approved, refunds may be issued as store credit rather than cash refunds.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the facility is closed.
