At A Latte Play, we strive to provide a fun and enjoyable experience for all families. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.
General Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Open Play Passes

Open play passes are non-refundable and non-transferable

Passes are valid only for the date and time purchased

No refunds will be issued for unused time, early departures, or no-shows
Play Pass Packages (e.g., Buy 5 Get 1 Free / Buy 10 Get 2 Free)

All play pass packages are non-refundable

Packages are valid for the stated period (e.g., 1 year from purchase)

Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced

Unused passes have no cash value

Punch cards from the packages may be shared with family and friends.
Party Bookings

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be rescheduled (subject to availability)

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event and is non-refundable once paid

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations
Special Circumstances
Refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:

Facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances

Safety-related issues preventing normal operation

If approved, refunds may be issued as store credit rather than cash refunds.

No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the facility is closed.
