Can I stay longer than the 2-hour play session?

Each play pass includes up to 2 hours of play. If you’d like to stay longer, you’re welcome to purchase additional hours of playtime at $10/hour.

Can I drop off my child?

No. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian (18+) at all times. While our staff monitor the play areas, they are not responsible for direct child supervision.

Do you offer private parties?

We currently do not offer private parties, but we’d love to celebrate with you! Our birthday party packages are available during regular business hours—click here for more details or feel free to reach out to us.

Can I bring my own party theme and decorations?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own themed items such as plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, banners, and balloons. However, decorations that may damage the facility are not permitted (including confetti, glitter, piñatas, or party poppers). We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 30 minutes before your party to set up.

What is your party deposit policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Without a deposit, your party date and time cannot be held.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Parties must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event date. Cancellations made one week prior may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

Is there an admission fee for adults?

Yes. One adult is admitted free with each child. Additional adults are $5 each.

Do I need to sign a waiver if I’m not playing?

Yes. All guests must have a signed waiver on file, regardless of participation. You may complete the waiver upon arrival or online in advance.

How early can I arrive for my party?

You may arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled party time. Please do not arrive earlier than 30 minutes, as the space may still be occupied or being prepared.

Can we bring our own food to a party?

Yes, outside food is allowed with a 10% service fee. Birthday cake is always permitted at no additional charge.

Is there an age limit for open play?

Our playground is designed for children ages 8 years old and under. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

What safety rules should I know?

For everyone’s safety:

  • Non-slip (grippy) socks are required for all children

  • Running is not permitted

  • Children must be supervised at all times

Please also follow all posted house rules during your visit.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open:

  • Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Friday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Holiday hours may vary, updates will be posted on our website and social media platforms.
